How to take it
Stir ½ teaspoon (1 g) into a glass of water (250 ml) and drink it immediately after meals, 1–3 times a day. The maximum duration of use is 12 weeks. Before starting again, take a break of at least one week. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

If you take medication, take the medication first and keep a 2-hour gap.
Do not take it together with alcohol, coffee or acidic juices (grapefruit, orange, lemon, pineapple).
