παιδιά ,να ξεκαθαρίσω κάτι, δεν έχω πάρει ακόμα αυτές τις βιταμίνες, μόλις τις παρήγγειλα, αλλά επειδή διαβάζω στα σχόλια τόσους που λένε για το μεγάλο χάπι ένα πράγμα με έχει βοηθήσει να καταπίνω μεγάλα χαπιά και πρέπει να το μοιραστώ. στο φαγητό, μασάω κανονικά την τροφή και λίγο πριν την καταπιώ βάζω το χάπι στο στόμα, το καλύπτω με την τροφή και τα κατεβάζω όλα μαζί. τόσο απλό και αποτελεσματικό. επίσης θέλω να μοιραστώ ένα άλλο κόλπο που έμαθα με τα χρόνια. στην περίπτωση του χαπιού, βάζουμε το χάπι στο στόμα μαζί με μία γουλιά νερό , σηκώνουμε το κεφάλι προς τα πάνω ώστε να πάει το χάπι κοντά στο λαιμό και να φύγει πρώτο μαζί με το νερό όταν θα καταπιούμε. στην περίπτωση της κάψουλας κάνουμε το αντίθετο γιατί έχει αέρα και πάει προς τα πάνω, βάζουμε την κάψουλα στο στόμα με νερό, κοίταμε προς τα κάτω ώστε να πάει κάψουλα πάνω στο λαιμό και καταπίνουμε. αυτά τα ολίγα, θα επανέλθω μόλις έχω εμπειρία με τις συγκεκριμένες. καλές καταπόσεις ;)

Ένιωθα απίστευτη κόπωση γενικά δεν μπορούσα να κάνω ούτε τα απλά καθημερινά πράγματα!
