Heavy parcels travel with a freight carrier (not a courier). Where you receive yours depends on your address:

1. We prepare your order and hand it to the carrier within 1 business day.
2. We email you the carrier’s name and its depot details.
3. The carrier calls you to arrange delivery or collection.
4. You receive it at the building entrance or collect it from the depot — usually 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

Heavy parcels travel with a freight carrier (not a courier), with kerbside delivery: the carrier brings the parcel to the building entrance. It is not carried to an upper floor or inside.

1. We prepare your order and hand it to the carrier within 1 business day.
2. We email you the carrier’s name and its depot details.
3. The carrier calls you to arrange delivery.
4. You receive it at the building entrance — usually 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

On the islands, freight carriers do not deliver to the door. The parcel arrives at the carrier’s depot in the island’s main town (Chora) — in Crete, in the town shown — and you collect it from there.

1. We prepare your order and hand it to the carrier within 1 business day.
2. We email you the carrier’s name and the depot’s address and phone number.
3. When the parcel arrives, the depot calls you.
4. You collect it from the depot. The depot keeps the parcel for one week.

If you already work with a carrier or prefer a specific one, we hand your parcel to them at their depot in Thessaloniki.

1. Write the carrier you prefer in the order notes.
2. We hand the parcel to their depot within 1 business day and email you.
3. Shipping from there to you is paid to the carrier, under their own terms.
