Έκανα εξέταση για Βιταμίνη D3 (25-OH) και τα επίπεδά μου ήταν 11,5 ng/mL. Μετά από 2 μήνες καθημερινής κατανάλωσης 2 ταμπλετών (μία το πρωί και μία το μεσημέρι), επανέλαβα την εξέταση και το αποτέλεσμα ήταν 53,9 ng/mL.
