Special information

Zeolite provides the most natural and economical solution for maintaining a healthy and clean environment for pets, whilst also helping to improve their health. By replacing the bedding we use for our pet with zeolite in the form of a mat (2.5 – 5 millimeters thick) (sand, wood shavings or even newspaper), we improve air quality and reduce odours from our pets’ urine and faeces. This is achieved by binding gaseous ammonia, which is responsible for serious damage to the respiratory system of both animals and humans.  Furthermore, sprinkling fine zeolite powder on the floor and across the entire surface of the bed significantly reduces humidity. The zeolite powder on our animals’ fur and in their nest keeps them free of and protects them from any parasites. It contains no chemicals, so it can also be used on young pets.

At the same time, zeolite helps keep their fur and paws clean, ensuring that not only the animals but also the environment in which they live remains clean. Every time we replace the zeolite, simply removing the dirt with a small cleaning trowel, we can reuse it as an excellent fertiliser in our plant pots. The recommended ratio is 1 kilogram of zeolite to ten kilograms of soil. Just as it does for humans, zeolite can improve water quality for our little friends too. Place a small amount of zeolite, in the form of gravel, into the water bowl. The zeolite will act as a filter, binding toxins and heavy metals, and will remove unpleasant odours and bacteria, thereby improving the quality and taste of the water.

Instructions for Use

Dogs: Spread a layer approximately seven (7) centimetres thick in the litter tray. Remove the pet’s solid waste regularly.

Cats and rabbits: Spread a layer approximately five (5) centimetres thick in the litter tray. Remove the animal’s solid waste regularly.

Chinchillas: Spread a layer of approximately three (3) centimetres on the floor of the living area.

Reptiles: Spread a layer of approximately one (1) centimetre on the floor of the enclosure.

Birds: Spread a layer of approximately half (1/2) a centimetre on the floor of the enclosure.
