Soap containing MED® zeolite, donkey milk, argan oil and mastic oil, produced from natural raw materials that are kind to both people and the environment. Zeolite, nature’s natural detoxifying agent, combines perfectly with donkey milk, argan oil and mastic essential oil. This unique combination enhances its moisturising and healing properties. It can be used all over the body and on the face. It contains no silicone, parabens or palm oil.

The extremely fine zeolite powder contained in MED® Zeolite Soap, donkey milk, argan oil and mastic oil, is 100% natural, of volcanic origin and contains no additives or impurities. Despite its fine texture, this extremely fine clinoptilolite powder contains no nanoparticles. This natural zeolite is inorganic, non-biodegradable and has a high capacity for selective absorption. It acts as a molecular sieve, unlike other substances, making it particularly suitable for detoxification. It is mined in Slovakia, at one of the highest-grade deposits in Europe.

It is processed in Austria, where the zeolite is micro-ionised to a very fine degree and activated using a very specialised process. However, the natural structure of its crystal lattice remains intact. As a result of this process, its internal surface area increases to as much as 600 m²/g. This means it can absorb more harmful substances more effectively.

Properties

• Zeolite MED® binds harmful substances such as heavy metals, lead, mercury, aluminium and radionuclides. It also binds herbicides, pesticides, bisphenol A, ammonium and aflatoxins, whilst possessing antioxidant properties. Furthermore, it has antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties.
• Vegetable glycerine protects and moisturises the skin.
• Argan oil contains 80% monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, Omega-9 and 6, as well as a significant proportion of linoleic acid. Linoleic acid is an unsaturated fatty acid that acts as a skin emollient, creating a protective barrier and maintaining the skin’s elasticity. It also contains carotenoids, terpenoids, polyphenols and tocopherols, all of which are powerful antioxidants that combat free radicals – which are responsible for skin ageing. Thanks to its high vitamin E content, argan oil is by far the most moisturising, nourishing, anti-wrinkle and anti-ageing oil. The palmitic, stearic and oleic acids, as well as the phytosterols, in argan oil have anti-inflammatory properties and help to repair skin tissue. Furthermore, it contains squalene, a unique and rare compound that helps combat skin cancer.
• Findings from relevant publications reveal that mastic resin exhibits excellent healing and adhesive properties whilst, at the same time, causing no adverse side effects on the skin (such as dermatitis, skin discolouration, etc.) unlike other common wound-healing agents. It is very frequently used as an ingredient in dressings, plasters, patches and other wound-healing products applied to protect and heal wounds or post-operative incisions.
• Donkey’s milk has been known since ancient times for its beneficial properties and is a key component of therapeutic formulations, thanks to its rich content of vitamins, minerals and amino acids.

Use and dosage

Use this soap by gently massaging it into the skin, avoiding the eye area. If it comes into contact with your eyes, rinse them thoroughly with plenty of water. If necessary, consult your doctor.

Storage

Store this soap in a soap dish or in a cool, dry place. It can be used for up to 6 months after opening.
