Toothpaste with MED® zeolite – fluoride-free, based on natural raw materials. Zeolite, a natural detoxifying product of nature, in combination with xylitol removes tooth infections and reduces plaque formation. The effect against caries is due to the inhibition of its growth caused by various bacteria such as Streptococcus mutans. In addition, it prevents plaque bacteria from adhering to the tooth surface. The gentle taste of xylitol and the absence of fluoride make the MED® – fluoride-free zeolite toothpaste suitable for adults and children.
MED® zeolite, in the form of an ultra-fine powder, is mined in Slovakia, in one of the highest content deposits in Europe. It is processed in Austria, where the zeolite is micro-ionised to a very fine degree and activated by a very special process. However, the physical structure of its crystal lattice remains intact. As a result of this process, its internal surface area is increased by up to 600 m2/gram, which means that it can absorb more harmful substances more efficiently which are then excreted naturally.
The extremely fine powder of zeolite contained in MED® – fluoride-free zeolite toothpaste is 100% pure natural, of volcanic origin and contains no additives or impurities. Despite its fine texture, the ultra-fine powder of this clinoptilolite contains no nanoparticles. This natural clinoptilolite is non-organic, non-biodegradable and has a high selective absorption capacity as it acts like a molecular sieve, unlike other substances, making it particularly suitable for detoxification.
