1. Where we ship from
All orders are dispatched from our central warehouse at 60 Pontou Street, Kalochori, Thessaloniki.
⏱️ Same-day dispatch
Orders placed by 12:00 on a business day, with payment completed and stock available, are dispatched the same day. The rest leave on the next business day.
2. Where we ship
We ship to Greece and to all member states of the European Union.
🇪🇺 Within the European Union only
We no longer fulfil orders to countries outside the EU — including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland. This decision protects you: on shipments outside the EU the recipient is charged import VAT, customs duties and a handling fee by the local postal service, amounts that we can neither calculate nor prepay in advance.

3. Free shipping
Free shipping applies to orders over 49 € destined for Greece. The weight condition differs depending on the delivery method:

📦 Why 20 kg
The 20 kg limit is the maximum capacity of a single BOX NOW locker and is measured per parcel, not across the order as a whole. A 30 kg order split into two parcels of 15 kg still meets the condition.
If even one parcel exceeds 20 kg, or there is no BOX NOW locker available in your area, the order is routed by courier or freight company and the corresponding charges of sections 5 and 6 apply.
The exact cost is calculated automatically and shown at checkout, before you complete your order.
4. BOX NOW Greece
Delivery to an automated locker of your choice, which you select when completing your order. The cost ranges from 2.20 € to 3.80 € depending on the weight and the area — and drops to zero for orders over 49 €, subject to the weight condition of section 3.
The BOX NOW service does not support payment by cash on delivery — the order is paid electronically.

Shipments are carried out by Easy Mail and ELTA Courier. Prices include VAT. Cash on delivery (COD) is free and available only for courier shipments within Greece.
6. Freight company for bulky orders
For orders over 5 kg within Greece you can choose the more economical freight company option. All prices include 24% VAT.

🏝️ Islands & the rest of Attica
We deliver to the freight company agency you indicate to us. From there onwards, the cost of transport to the final destination is borne by you and is paid directly to the freight company.
7. Collection from the warehouse
You can collect your order with no shipping charge from our warehouse at 60 Pontou Street, Kalochori, Thessaloniki, by prior telephone arrangement on 2311 29 55 20. The warehouse does not operate as a retail store — please call before you come, so that your order is ready.
8. Shipping within the European Union
✅ No surprises at your door
Shipments within the EU are intra-Community supplies inside the single market: no customs charges, duties, import VAT or handling fees arise. The price you see at checkout — products and shipping, VAT included — is the total of what you will pay.
8.1 BOX NOW Europe — delivery to your door
For 21 countries we work with BOX NOW Europe, with door-to-door delivery and uniform pricing regardless of country:

8.2 Bulgaria & Cyprus — two options
For these two destinations you will see both options at checkout and you choose. BOX NOW is cheaper in every weight bracket and goes up to 14 kg; ELTA covers up to 20 kg.

💡 Example — a 5 kg parcel to Nicosia
BOX NOW 18.60 € against 40.00 € with ELTA. The locker saves you 21.40 € — as long as collection from an automated machine suits you instead of delivery to your door.
8.3 ELTA — Croatia, Malta & Slovenia
Shipping with ELTA Priority Class B (surface route). These three countries are not covered by the BOX NOW Europe network. The same prices also apply in the 21 countries of section 8.1 for parcels over 10 kg.

8.4 Parcels over 20 kg
The maximum weight per parcel for shipments outside Greece is 20 kg. For larger quantities contact us at [email protected] — your order can be split into several parcels or routed with a freight company, whichever is more economical for you.
💳 Payment & VAT
Orders outside Greece are paid electronically — cash on delivery is not offered. All prices, for products and shipping, include Greek VAT; you are not charged any additional tax in your country. Free shipping over 49 € does not apply outside Greece.
9. Times & tracking
The times stated are indicative, are counted in business days from the day of dispatch and depend on the carrier. They do not include public holidays, extreme weather events or peak periods.
When your order is dispatched you receive an email with the tracking number. You can also follow the progress of your order from the Order tracking page or from your account.
10. On delivery
- Check the packaging before you sign. If the parcel has visible damage, note it on the carrier’s delivery note or refuse to accept it.
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage, missing items or wrong products, at [email protected]. Send us photographs of the packaging and the contents — they help us resolve it quickly with the carrier.
- The 48-hour deadline does not limit the 14-day right of withdrawal or the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity — see Returns, Withdrawal & Warranty.
11. If something goes wrong
Incorrect or incomplete address
If the parcel is returned because the address given was incorrect or incomplete, or because it was not possible to contact you, the cost of re-dispatch is borne by you. Check your details before you finalise the order — especially the post code and the telephone number on shipments outside Greece.
Parcel not collected
The carrier holds the parcel for a limited period and then returns it to us. On cash on delivery orders that are not collected and are returned, we reserve the right to ask for payment in advance for future orders. On shipments within the EU that are returned as unclaimed, the return costs are withheld from the amount refunded to you.
Delay or loss
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the indicative time, contact us. We take on the search with the carrier and, if the parcel is not found, we either send it again or refund you the full amount, at your choice.
