The management and protection of personal data of the visitor / user of the services of Zeolife.gr and the e-shop are subject to the terms of this section and the relevant provisions of Greek law (Law 2472/1997 on the protection of the individual from the protection of personal data as supplemented by the decisions of the President of the Personal Data Protection Committee, Decree 207/1998 and 79/2000 and Article 8 of Law 2819/2000) and European law (Directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC). The present conditions are formulated taking into account both the rapid development of technology, in particular the Internet, and the existing – albeit not fully developed – legal framework on these issues. The personal information that Zeolife.gr and its online store collects is the following:
Personal data: Each visitor can browse the Zeolife.gr website and the online store without providing any personal information. We will need personal data (your e-mail, a username and a password) only when you place an order for services or products.
Information regarding the purchase of services and products: the necessary information for each transaction is your full name, a landline phone number, address (street, city, postal code) and type of document (receipt, invoice). At the same time, we voluntarily ask for your mobile phone number, in case we need to contact you directly or the transport company that will deliver our products to you. There is also the possibility of updating your order via free SMS message, which you choose when placing your order at the checkout.
Communication via Live Chat or e-mail contact form: when communicating with Zeolife.gr and its online store via live chat or e-mail contact form, the information we collect is the full name, email address, IP, date and time of communication and the text exchanged during this communication. This information is collected for better customer service and for security reasons.

If we issue an invoice, we only need the VAT number of your company or business.

During the registration of the user in the subscriber list, our company collects the name and email provided by the user and which is stored in the respective application in order to send informative emails about the offers and news of the online store. The user’s email is kept within the platform of the respective application until the user chooses to unsubscribe from marketing emails. The unsubscription can be done through any email the user has received and after clicking on the link “Unsubscribe from the list”/ Unsubscribe or by sending a message to info@zeolife.gr, requesting to be removed from the subscriber list.
Third party vendors, including Google, may display advertisements of Zeolife.gr and its online store on websites on the internet. General conditions for the protection of personal data

Zeolife.gr and its online store provides maximum security during the process of exchanging any information with your browser through the process of sending data and using the SSL protocol.The SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer), is currently the global standard on the Internet for the certification of websites (web sites) to network users and for the encryption of data between network users and web servers.

Transport company
When your order exceeds 5 kg, you can choose the economic solution of the transport company as a mode of transport. All our products are shipped from the city of Thessaloniki. So the prices are formed according to the transports. For the islands and the rest of Attica we deliver to a transport company that you will indicate to us and from there the transport costs are borne by you. See the table below for indicative transport prices (the exact cost is shown at the store’s checkout before you complete the order:

Zeolife.gr is committed to the quality, completeness and validity of the information provided on its website, both in terms of the exact data presented and the services provided by its online store, subject to any technical or typographical errors that cannot be foreseen or have occurred unintentionally or due to interruptions in the operation of the website for reasons of force majeure.
Cancellation of order
Cancellation policy
Right of unjustified withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without stating the reasons. The cancellation period refers to fourteen days after the day on which you received the goods in your possession. In order to exercise the right of cancellation, you are obliged to inform us of your decision to cancel your order by means of this form.
Consequences of cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, we are obliged to refund to you the full amount we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred following a request for a different mode of delivery to the low price we offer), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of the cancellation of your order. For this refund we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless another method is requested on the return form. The return cost after 5kg is at your expense. The return cannot be made if we do not receive the goods or if you are unable to prove that you have sent the goods by selecting the earlier.
You are obliged to send or deliver the goods immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are notified of the cancellation of the order in question. The time period shall be deemed to have expired if you send the goods after the fourteen-day period.
The right of cancellation does not apply to the following orders:
Orders involving sealed goods whose packaging is damaged and not suitable for return under the rules of health protection and hygiene, or if the security tape has been removed.
Miscellaneous
1. Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products within the predetermined time, we will inform you by e-mail, in order to let us know if you wish, under these circumstances, to complete your order.
2. Zeolife.gr’s liability. In case, however, if a defective product is found in the delivered quantities, you have the right to return it with the possibility of replacing it with our own shipping costs or refunding your money.
3. Promotional messages: Zeolife.gr provides the opportunity for its users to choose to be informed about the new products available on the market and other possible offers, payment arrangements, etc. by sending promotional – informative messages to their e-mail or postal address or by phone. Zeolife.gr will not misuse the above service. Users are always given the option to stop receiving advertising messages.
4. Applicable Law: All transactions carried out through Zeolife.gr are governed by International and European law that regulates issues related to e-commerce as well as by the Consumer Protection Law (Law 2251/1994) as amended and in force, which regulates issues related to distance sales.
