Application: It is recommended to use it as it is in difficult applications. Spray with a foaming head onto the dirt at a temperature of 50 degrees and wait for 10 minutes, until the foam colour changes from white to brown. Exceptions: Gloves are recommended in case of skin sensitivity. Consult the Technical Leaflet. Do not use the product on aluminium, low quality stainless steel surfaces and varnished wood. Do not transport it in PET containers.

What applies to free transport;
Free shipping applies to all orders over 40โฌ 40 in mainland Greece and up to 5 kg in the islands and the rest of Attica. When the order exceeds 5 kg, we deliver free of charge to a transport company in Athens, to your island or an area in the rest of Attica. The extra charge, from Athens to your destination, is at your expense.

I live in a village, what about transport?
If your order is sent by Courier, it is delivered to your door. If your order is shipped by courier, it is picked up at the headquarters of the shipping company in the nearest major city.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders via courier companies are shipped the same day if placed and payed by 12:00. Orders via ordinary courier companies are usually dispatched in one to two working days.
When will I receive my order?
In mainland Greece, you will receive your order in 1 to 3 working days. Usually you receive your order the next day. In island Greece, in 3 to 5 working days.
What happens if I am absent and cannot pick up my order?
All eligible orders are delivered “at home”, from 9:00 to 17:00. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the order is returned to the warehouse or the store of the transport company in your area and you are obliged to pick it up from there.

How many kilos do you send by courier and what happens afterwards?
We ship with courier companies, orders up to 15 kg. Our company also provides flexible and economical solutions to transport your products with simple transport companies. The transport time does not differ much, as our products are shipped on the same day from the city of Thessaloniki and distributed directly throughout Greece. See the price list here.

Cash on delivery, where available, is free of charge.
Can I pay cash on delivery for all orders?
No, the cash on delivery payment method is only available to courier companies. Can I pay when I receive my order?
You can, only if you have selected cash on delivery as your payment method, where applicable.
